He earned a wealth of practical, real-world experience after working for the Canadian Federal Government (Industry Canada) wherein he spearheaded a Canadian Federal Government Economic Development Initiative in partnership with Nova Scotian universities to deliver digital and social media marketing training to more than 300 small and medium sized enterprises within only a 3-year period!
He also implemented and managed a social media department for arguably the world's biggest food delivery platform (Delivery Hero Middle East) to integrate and manage three of their acquired Middle East brands (Talabat.com, Foodonclick.com and ifood.jo) helping towards an increase of online orders and acquisitions by more than 60%.
Lastly, he initiated creative social media concepts for global beauty brands (e.g. Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Estee Lauder, etc.) while he worked for the Middle East's largest multinational retailer (Alshaya Group) helping towards an increase in sales by 20% (YOY) and acquisition of 300K media fans.
